Devezer Real Estate has executed infrastructure works in Bangladesh since 2010 as main contractor, EPC contractor and joint-venture partner.
We hold design, procurement and construction under one management system, with in-house fabrication and a directly owned plant fleet. That structure is why our programmes hold: interface risk between designer, supplier and builder is carried by us, not by the client.
